John's all about helping you smash your fitness goals and levelling up your boxing and Muay Thai skills. With John's guidance, you'll push your limits and become the best version of yourself in no time!

Shaq stands as a distinguished A-Class Muay Thai British Champion, boasting an impressive track record of over 30 professional fights. Shaq trains his students with the same fiery passion he brings to his own workouts, ensuring they unlock their ultimate potential. And he's not just about kicks and punches; he's also a certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach, living and breathing the motto "train hard, fight harder" every step of the way.

LARA DRONDOSKI

BOXING, MUAY THAI

Lara joins us from the States with an extensive background in Boxing, Muay Thai and general fitness. She is currently an active fighter in Muay Thai and had an amateur career in Boxing during her time at University, boasting 2 collegiate National Championship titles. Lara has coached a wide range of individuals, from youths, beginners, to competitive fighters. With her expertise, she is ready to propel you forward on your fitness journey, providing tailored guidance and support along the way.

KOJO LEWIS

BOXING, KICKBOXING, ESCRIMA, MMA

With over 30 years dedicated to studying and training in martial arts, Kojo aims to equip his students with resilience, physical capability, self-confidence, and self-control, encouraging them to apply these lessons in their daily lives.

His journey began in 1991 with Goju-Ryu Karate, where he trained for seven years and earned a brown belt. Inspired by Bruce Lee, he then explored Muay Thai, Wing Chun Kung Fu, and Western boxing.

Most of his fighting experience was in MMA, competing at both amateur and professional levels for 15 years. He retired at a world-class level in Bellator MMA after a 13-fight professional career. Since retirement, he has focused on training in boxing, catch wrestling, and Filipino martial arts.

GREGORY ODIA

JUNIOR MUAY THAI COACH

Gregory has over 20 years Muay Thai experience. He has fought over 30 times at amateur and professional level, reaching British title status. Gregory references this lineage and experiences in his teachings, delivering traditional Muay Thai with elements of its battle field version Muay Boran with the aim to enhance the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth of all that train with him. Gregory is now dedicated to training and supporting the next generation of fighters in the sport to achieve their goals as world champions.
