TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the client, and Nolan’s Boxing Gym, in respect of the purchase and booking of personal training sessions and/or your participation in group sessions and classes. Please ensure that you have read and understood these terms and conditions fully.
MEMBERSHIPS
Introductory Offer, 3 classes for £30
This offer is only to be purchased once for new members. Any abuse of this introductory offer, Nolan’s Boxing Gym reserves the right to ban any further entry to the gym.
5 Class pack
This class pack is valid for 1 month only from the date of purchase and does not renew. Any unused classes will not be valid after 1 month from purchase date.
Silver and Gold Membership
Silver and Gold Memberships are a direct debit billed every month until the customer decides to end.
Cancellation of Membership Policy:
All membership cancellations must be submitted via email to info@nolansboxing.com.
All membership cancellations are subject to one month notice.
Silver Membership (8 classes per month). Unused classes cannot be carried over to the following month.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
There is a 3-hour cancellation policy for any classes booked. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please do so up to 3 hours before class start time. Any classes cancelled after 3 hours will not receive a refund. Cancellations and rescheduling can be done via the Vagaro Booking website or App.
LIABILITY
In choosing to participate in any of the activities offered by Nolans Boxing you hereby accept full liability for the risk of partaking in the sport of boxing. You accept that by attending our classes and PT sessions you risk being injured / severely injured / death. You are under no obligation to participate in any activities including sparring, however, in choosing to do so, you understand that due to the nature of boxing as a sport involving physical contact, there is a possibility of injury or injury resulting in death. In choosing to participate in any of the activities offered by Nolan’s Boxing Gym you hereby entirely and completely indemnify Nolan’s Boxing Gym from any claims or legal action for any and all injuries and losses of property or otherwise, arising from your participation in any and all of our activities and services.
LOST PROPERTY
Nolan’s Boxing Gym is not responsible for any property or items left behind on our premises, or any items stored in our gym. Any items left behind at our gym and items which go unclaimed will be disposed of / thrown out of our premises after one month. Nolan’s Boxing Gym will not be held liable and is completely indemnified of any loss of property arising from the use of our facilities and services.
