Our boxing classes are led by seasoned professionals with extensive backgrounds in both fighting and coaching. With their wealth of experience, they will skillfully navigate you through the art of boxing while motivating you to reach your fullest potential. Immerse yourself in the true athlete and boxer training experience with us. We have a variety of different boxing classes to suit all different ability levels including a beginners and advanced classes as well sparring and padwork.

OUR BOXING CLASSES

Boxing All Levels

An all round boxing class, with a mix of technical partner work along with high intensity interval training with the use of the heavy bags and strength equipment. Get your boxing fix and fitness done in this complete class. Suitable for all levels including beginners.

BOXING PADWORK

This a partner led boxing session using boxing pads and gloves. We focus on proper boxing techniques and combos with plenty of body weight fitness in-between. This high intensity class will put you through your paces whilst you learn how to box and how to hold the pads. Suitable for those with some boxing experience.

BOXING FUNDAMENTALS

This class is aimed at beginners with little to no experience. We’ll guide you through the all basics including stance and guard, basic punches, footwork and basic defence. We’ll keep drilling in the basics until you are ready to move on to more advanced classes.

ADVANCED BOXING

This class is suited to those with more experience in boxing, who like to be challenged with more complex drills, techniques, and combinations as well as intense conditioning. Suitable for intermediates and above. Bring your gum shield for this class.

BOXING SPARRING

The class is designed for individuals eager to challenge their skills in a supportive and controlled environment. This class will involve partner drills, structured sparring, and open sparring to help you refine your abilities.
