MUAY THAI

Muay Thai or Thai boxing, is a traditional martial art and combat sport from Thailand. They call it the art of 8 limbs as the use of elbows and knees are included along with punches and kicks. In our classes we will explore the vast range of techniques with the use of pad work, bag work and drills in a fun and safe environment. It is the ultimate full body workout.

Muay Thai All Levels

An all round Muay Thai class, exploring all the techniques, using partner pad work, drills and conditioning. This class is suited for all levels whether you are seasoned fighter, beginner or at intermediate level. Bring boxing gloves and shin pads if you have some.

Muay Thai Fundamentals

Muay Thai Fundamentals class is aimed at beginners with little to no experience, or for those who just want to keep practicing the basics. We will teach all the fundamentals, with fun drills, partner work and pad work. Bring boxing gloves, if you don’t have any, we have some to borrow.

Muay Thai Intermediate / Advanced

This class is suited to those with more experience in Muay Thai, who would like to be challenged with more complex drills, techniques, and combinations as well as intense conditioning. Suitable for intermediates and above. Bring your shin pads and gumshield for this class.
