STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Our Strength & Conditioning is a fitness class tailored to combat sports but effective for everyday! We’ll work on developing tremendous power for your punches and kicks as well as pushing your endurance to the next level. We make use of all strength equipment, assault bikes, kettle bells and more. The sessions are carefully thought out by our professional team of coaches to make sure each session pushes you in new and unique ways.
